A lot of people track it as circuit training. You can also add it manually as others have suggested. The 30DS Team page has a list of all the exercises and reps in each level fyi.

I don't have a HRM. Shoot...I didn't even think of that! I guess I can use my Nike+ since that at least tells me how many calories I've burned. Although, I'm not sure how accurate it is. I just might have to invest in a HRM!

I don't havean HRM so I add it as aerobics, high intensity

I manually enter everything I do. You just click the button in the fitness tracker to manually add your own and type in the description, the minutes and the calories burned that your HRM are using a HRM, right?
