As the others have said Jazzersize is a cardio workout which attempts to masquerade as a strength workout by adding barbie weights. You will need more than that to properly challenge your muscles and improve your muscularity and muscle function.

Jazzercise typically uses high reps and low weight for strength training, which isn't the most effective way to train. The best way to strength train is by doing exercises that fatigue your muscles in 1-3 sets, 8-12 repetitions per set. So you might want to consider adding your own full-body strength workouts to your weekly routine.
