I like both. In comparing Jillian's No More Trouble Zones to Jackie's Total Body Circuit (which are both strength training, and about 40 min long), I would say I have a slight preference for Jackie's workout. It moves faster for me. With NMTZ I get a good workout and am sore, but I get bored. With Total Body, I feel like I've been kicked repeatedly in the abs... lol!

The funny thing is is that Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner co-own Sky Sport and Spa. (That you see in Jackie's show). They are very good friends in real life :)
I started with 30DS and BFBM, then just recently purchased Jackie Warners Xtreeme Timesaver Training.
I tried JW's Monday for the first time, did it again today, even though I'm still sore from Monday's workout. I think I like this one better, it's a bit longer, but I'm sore everywhere, I was never really sore with Jillian's DVD's.
But, both are good, will continue with JW's and do 30DS on those days I'm short on time

I agree with KISS04BAM in every single word! I also started as Jillian´s fan and I fan-atically followed any new DVD she made. I will always like her NMTZ, and BFBM, although a little less than the first mentioned. I was never that much a fan of 30DS, it is just boring for me and too short, but the other ones are great. That said I recently found Jackie and she is now my number one, I am really sorry she hasn´t more DVD´s. Power Circuit is my favourite, I also like One on one Training, but Power Circuit - first time it was pure hell, then I got used to it and I like it more and more, great moves and the abs part - I love it. But I also do agree that these two girls´ workouts are similar in many aspects, and they make a great rotation, I like exercicing with Jillian one day and with Jackie another.
I agree with KASSAY25. I will always be a loyal Jillian fan. I have had great results with No More Trouble Zones. But I did start out with 30 Day Shred before hand. I recently started doing Jackie's Power Circuit Training and I actually look forward to doing that workout. Jillians 30 Day Shred is good for someone just starting out or trying to get back into doing workouts. Currently I still do Jillians workouts 30DS & NMTZ but not as often as I do Jackies. After I did Jackies the first time I was sore for 2 days. All the above workouts are great! And any or all would be great for someone looking to lose weight if you stick with it consistently. My favorites so far are Jillians NMTZ and Jackies Power Circuit Training. They are both similar but different in their own way. All these workouts are On Demand (Exercise Tv)for Free so you can try them out before you purchase them.
I prefer Jackie Warner dvd's. They are more lengthy and really concentrate more on each part of your body. Not only that but she really teaches you how to get the most out of your moves. Also, i see more results! I just love how she breaks up your abs into 3-4 different sections. I remember the first time i did her total circuit workout, the next day my abs were sore in places they had never been before. LOVE HER!!
I agree, Jackie's workout is definitely more intense stregth training. 30 Day Shred is a great, short workout.

i have the shred and jackie warner power circuit. both are good. jackie's for me is a bit more intense (i do the 40 min workout). i tend to use the shred when i am short on time. i alternate between these two videos and turbo jam.

I've recently bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred, and Jackie's Personal Training DVD.
