I am sure you are very frustrated, but I think you need to listen to Coach Nancy. Be patient with yourself. Stress could be a part of it. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time to break through it and take the pressure off- mentally.

Increase your veggie consumption. i can almost guarantee that will help! It;s made a HUGE diff for me. 6-9 servings. Snap peas, bell peppers, squash, cucumbers. Without a doubt, that did it for me.

Hey guys! Thanks for responding! :) As far as the stress goes, I'm under an insane amount of stress. Haha! I'm sort of a stress-aholic. I don't enjoy it, but I tend to freak out about everything. I've been thinking about yoga classes to help with breathing and relaxation. *le sigh* For fruits and veggies. Veggies yes, fruit no. Fruit makes me gain serious weight. I think it's the sugar levels. I eat between 2-4 servings of veggies per day. Mainly romaine lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli. I joined a boot camp challenge here on SP, so hopefully it'll shock my body into further weight loss. I read that link, thanks! I'll keep on trucking. :) it's just so hard! I feel like one of those little hamsters on a wheel running, running, running and getting nowhere. Lol. Maybe when I break free I should get a Kia. I hear all the cool gerbils are doing it. ;)

Are you going through alot of stress? If you are your body is going to hold on to that extra fat because you will have raised cortisol levels.
Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables? You should aim for 7-9 servings per day.

Hang in there! I know a weight loss stall can be quite discouraging (I was on a 9 month long plateau in my own journey) about 5 years ago and TRUST ME, I know your frustrations.
Remember though, you don't have to lose weight every week to be successful. Remember too that while you have seen great success, weight loss is not a linear 1-2 pounds weight loss guarantee. If you have made the changes you mentioned, you need to give it a solid 4 weeks before deciding that the changes you made or are making work.
It could also be that you have reached the point in your weight loss journey where you are putting on some lean muscle mass (while shrinking the fat cells) and it appears that you are not making any progress, but you are.
Hang in there and know that you are making progress. Keep up the AWESOME job...I also included a link to part one of SparkPeople's popular series to read through. I hope this helps!
Forgot to mention, I work out 5-6 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time. My max calories was 1700 and I've been as low as 950

How long as it been since you haven't lost any more weight?

I started losing weight again on my birthday (October 3rd) and have been going strong since. I averaged 2 lbs per week of weight loss. Started out at 262 and I've plateaued at 225. :(
I've tried so many different things! Eating more calories, eating less calories, more protein and less carbs, more carb and less protein. I make 90% of my own meals so I know exactly what's in my meal. I've cut out fast food, ice cream, chips and a bunch of other processed foods.
As far as workouts, I've tried more cardio and less strength, more strength less cardio, equal amounts of cardio and strength. I switch between treadmill, elliptical and spin for my cardio and my strength is free weights and some machines.
Please help! I starting to get really discouraged.
