How much of carbs are you eliminating from your diet exactly? I'm interested to know because I felt the same way when I cut out refined sugar and most carbs from my diet. I think it was mainly the sugar because I used to be a huge drinker of soda and I completely cut that out of my health!

What I did find as a remedy is eating fruits that have the natural sugar in them (it helps lessen your cravings if you've been dependent on refined sugar for a long time), or you can also drink tea (since sugar has always made me uppity, the caffeine in tea is enough to keep my energy going).

Let me know what you find out on this! I'm interested to know too!

This is the beginning of my 3rd day of lifestyle change. I woke up feeling shaky, crabby and just feeling very sick. This doesn't seem like stomach virus (no nausea - and no desire to eat). Is there such a thing as sugar/carb withdrawal? If so, how long does it last. Thanks for any help.
