Thanks for the encouragement. I just took a walk last night. Seems like the first week on pain meds, all I wanted to do was sleep. You are doing wonderfully to have all the complications and still able to loose weight. Keep up the good work and best of luck to you.

Hi Sadie and WELCOME!
I am 7 weeks out from a knee replacement with huge complications and have been quarantined to bed, but managed to lose 4 pounds this week! I'm logging my food and doing what I can to move in bed--for me it's arms, tightening muscles, yoga breathing. Can you walk? Do small short ones if allowed--don't overdo but move what you can!!!

That's Awesome SadieBell! By the time you are ready to incorporate fitness, your nutrition tracking will be well on it's way. Have you seen the video on the nutrition tracker?

I am new to spark people. I just had orthoscopic surgery on my arm and need a little pick me up. I want to get out and try all the instuctional videos and exercises but can't and won't be able to for atleast another week. Makes me a little depressed, but I have been sticking to logging everything I eat, just not the exercise.....
