My husband and I is doing the Insanity right now....we're on the 4th day and we love it also the reason why I chose this DVD b/c it's the exact training I did college for softball season....and I know without a doubt dvds like Insanity and P90X are the best way to get fit. My profile pic was taking five years ago when I played college softball and I will do anything to get that body back!
I'll stick with my surging. I don't have to spend money on DVD's and I the options are endless.

I did a little bit of that program, but I am currently doing Turbo Fire which I absolutely LOVE! It's not QUITE as intense as Insanity, but there is still a great deal of plyo involved (explosive movements; usually involving jumping). I love that there is great music to go with those workouts too that Insanity didn't have.

I've used them twice now and love them, I do like the suspension systems that are competing with it a little better though like TRX and Rip 60. I have Rip 60 at home and my gym has TRX. If you find yourself getting bored or tired of Insanity I would defiantly give one of these a try.
