It's not a good idea to exercise through pain since doing so could change the way you perform the activity which could lead to other issues up and down your kinetic chain. You may want to give it some more time for your body to fully recover.

I injured my lower back and hip flexor a while ago. This week, and especially today, was painful. I am still committed to doing some kind of movement. I just have to gear myself up for the pain afterward.
