You asked what would make you lose faster. Well, making sure you're eating enough for one. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week or about 1/2 kg to 1 kg. And, healthy living is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So, make sure you're making good food choices. (I know you mentioned you eat clean.) And make sure you're eating within your SP ranges. Eating too little could be as bad or worse than eating a bit too much!

Oh, definitely. That's why so many people get discouraged - when they don't see the scale change; but forget that clothing is fitting better

Yes and it is the case more often than not.....always go by the measurements as scales are highly over rated and cause great distress with constant weigh ins.
