Hi there! You're definitely in the right place. I'm not sure what you mean by "good at this stuff" but if you mean interacting with strangers, it's totally cool and you'll get used to it quickly.
I looked up your shake... it's 30g carbs with only 2g fat, so I'd personally recommend that you add something-- full-fat yogurt or one of the "nut milks" with higher fat, or something like that, for balance. (Truly low-fat is now generally regarded as a big mistake because every cell in your body needs fat!).
I hope you find something that works for you! The Spark plan is great because you really learn how to live on real foods instead of manufactured products. And I emphasize LIVE! I feel nine hundred times better now that I'm healthy.

I am starting my total lean shakes in the morning. I am a emotional eater and a snackaholic!! I was on Herbalife and lost weight , however I don't really wanna be a sales person. I found this site by accident so i am hoping it helps me, ... I am not good at this stuff,,,, So here we go...
