Thank you Coach Tanya, I just read some and printed out the entire article and all of the steps to read in morning while my son is in speech. I hope this helps I will try anything to get back my will power again. First and foremost I started tracking again today it makes me accountable for what i am putting in my mouth. I didn't do to bad...I worked out today for 1 1/2 hours at the gym so I do feel pretty good. Exercise has never been an issue its the eating. Again thanks I will keep you posted! Stacey Samoei

Hi my name is Stacey and I am in need of some help....I am trying to stay motivated and read a lot of messages everyday from website, however I am an emotional eater and need a service or friends support group that would be willing to meet online once every couple of days to check in and help one another out, maybe even a phone call if need be...everyone has national minutes on cell, LOL I looked into WW and a few others but I have limited time, I am a stay at home mom with an autistic son and I go to school pt online. My husband works mostly out of town so I eat when I am bored. I live in NC wish there was a local one, but I am stuck...Please help. I exercise Mon-Friday for almost 2 hrs a day including weights, spin classes etc. Its the food.. Thank you Stacey
