If I'm trying to keep it low in calories I always go with some kind of produce. this may sound weird, boring, too healthy, etc: whatever; but sometimes I like a small bowl of steamed broccoli with a little grated Parmesan, garlic and black pepper. But I LOVE steamed veggies.
Or a cup of coffee or tea works for me as an appetite suppressor until the next meal or snack. Tea is always a good option; so many different flavors....
Or I just like to guzzle 8-16 OZ of water.

Do you have peanut butter and apple together? What type of peanut butter?

when i want to snack and try to stay healthy at the same time I go for an apple with some peanut butter.

Hi everyone,

had a really good breakfast, oatmeal porridge and blueberries. Then a nectarine. Been out for a long walk, but now have the munchies....want to try something new, have eaten the nuts, any other ideas?

Drinking water, thinking maybe it is because I am thirsty, don't want to go for a choc fix
