After years of dieting and trying all the diet plans and systems out there I thought I was pretty knowledgeable in the weight loss and fitness areas. After joining Spark and taking the quizzes and reading the articles, blogs and Spark pages, it is amazing at how little I really knew. Keep up the good work and keep learning! emoticon

It's amazing how much you can learn by writing down and seeing what you're eating!

You'll only learn more the longer you stick with it!

Best of luck to you too. I realise that it is a struggle to lose weight with some health conditions

It's a good thing that you're seeing things like this. You will learn a lot more as you continue. Keep an open mind. As you learn more about living healthfully, you will learn more about what you've done wrong over the years.

Best of luck to you!!

I started on spark people just over a week ago and I had tried other weight reduction programmes that required you to track your weight. I realised that I occasionally went over on the fat but it was mainly goof fats. After tracking for a week I an beginning to notice that I don't eat enough protein on a fairly regular basis
