I've been losing my willpower at night, over the last couple of weeks. I was doing great, staying strong and dropping pounds. Then we had visitors, I let myself "go", and I've had a really hard time getting back into calorie counting. I find myself working out and doing well with that, but I also find myself giving myself slack when it's 11 pm and I'm dying for some ice cream or chocolate and peanut butter....the more I allow myself to do this, the harder it gets to tell myself no the NEXT night. I'm struggling, and could use some motivation/support.
