I second Skinnytaste. I made her sesame chicken and am eating it as lettuce wrap filling this week for lunches - yum!

I'll also add I make a ton of stuff from there - the maple mustard pork and almond crusted chicken tenders are two my meat-potato-and-sugar family requests. Portion size and healthy sides are key.

I made a recipe I saw on here last night for loaded bbq chicken sweet potatoes. I was a little leery seeing as it was bbq and sweet potato, but it was DELICIOUS!!!

I love making oven fries. I use organic potatoes, season salt, and olive oil. I cut clean potatoes into fry shape, toss with the oil, spread out on a baking pan, season with salt, and roast at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes and then flip them over. Take them out when they are golden. My husband loves them more than any restaurant fries! I have also found so many great recipes on Spark People. Good luck!

My boyfriend loves this recipe:
He's not into "diet food" or ground turkey that much, but he will chow down on this. I just shape it as one big loaf on a sheet pan, instead of the mini loaves you see in the pictures, and just increase the cooking time. Be sure you buy center cut bacon. You can serve it with a roasted veggie (my guy likes roasted broccoli or asparagus), and the skinny garlic mashed potatoes from that same site where the meatloaf comes from.

My boyfriend, while supporting me with whatever i choose to do in life, hates the fact that I'm dieting. He claims that I am gorgeous the way I am. He is coming over to eat supper at my house tonight and I want to be able to cook something that is healthy but he won't think of as "diet food".
