How many different fruits/veggies do you normally use? If it's just three or four, the easiest thing to do is measure your serving and guesstimate the fractions. If you put in a bunch of orange and apple, a beet, and a carrot, for example, and you drink 12 ounces, you could input 1/2c orange juice, 1/2 cup apple, and 1/4 c each of beet and carrot juice. It's not going to be exact, but it's probably as close as you can get.

Probably the simplest (if not the most accurate) way to do it is to count the fruit, but remove the fiber. You might get some calorie overestimates that way, but it's better to overestimate than under in this way. Most juicers remove the pulp, which eliminates the beneficial fiber of the fruit.

someone sent me a very complicated formula to get the juicing calories. There is a way to do it, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

if you have a set 'recipe' you could put it in the recipe builder and then calculate how many servings, I guess.

I presume it also depends on if you are extracting the juice, or grinding the whole thing up, like a smoothie

We juice in the morning. I cannot figure out how to calculate this into my tracker. Do I just do the whole foods that go into it and then do a fraction for a serving? That seems the most logical I guess.
