Decided to come back and give this another try. I think I need to take alot of time to get use to the site looks like alot to learn. I am diabetic so is there a board for that and also need to get off more then 50 pounds.
I hope to make some friends on here that we can share ups and downs with. I get weighed once a month at the diabetic clinic so that has been helping me to stay on track a bit better. They were very happy when I lost .4 pounds over the holidays and didnt gain cause they told me most people gain at least 5 pounds. I know .4 wasnt much but it was better then a gian for me.
I am from Nova Scotia and I enjoy going for walks when I can. Have been trying each day. By the looks outside this morning I don't know if I will get out or not there is alot of ice on our road and also we are getting a light rain. The rain doesn't matter much but the ice does. I don't want to fall.
