Don't ever give up eating healthy foods and exercising. At 62 I'm still exercising every day and doing the best I can for eating healthy foods. It is a continuous journey. Never stop even when you reach your goal. Maintaining one's weight is just is important as losing weight.
I refuse to give in and to give up! It's tough losing weight and getting healthy at my age (53), but ya know what??? I can do it and i will do it! I love my body and i want the best for it. I love looking like a sexy cheerleader. Yes, indeed! I love the curves i'm getting and the compliments! I want to wear shorts this summer and go swimming in a bathing suit.
