LACT8RN, I know the secret to getting you on the weight loss track. Make the Nutrition Tracker your BFF. If you consistently do not exceed the bottom line daily ranges for calories, carbs, fat, and protein, you will lose ALL the weight you desire. Combine that with your exercise, and the results will be nothing less than spectacular. The tracker loses the weight, the exercise sculpts your body. The end product is total success. FYI, when using the Nutrition Tracker, you do not need to follow Sparkpeople's food plan. Eat what you want to eat, but DO NOT exceed those bottom line daily ranges. Eyes will pop, jaws will drop. Guaranteed.

Spark On!

That's so awesome. The scale can't show any of those things, which just goes to show you there's more to it than how many pounds you weigh. emoticon Job!

I have been working my Butt off with water aerobics, walking, and trying to lose weight with restricting calories. No progress to speak of with weight, but my recent blood draw shows my total cholesterol is down 25 points, my LDL is down 24 points, my triglycerides are GREAT and I have lost sizes--2 down on swimsuit sizes. If I keep this up, I have to lose weight (I hope!) emoticon
