Hi. My weight loss journey goes up and down, on and off. This time I am determined and focused to lose 24 cm from my waist. My food intake is good; no sugar, no processed foods, vegetable based meals. Today I began to exercise. My short term goal is to get into an exercise routine for life. I am looking for an active dieting partner who is willing to motivate and be motivated. I am 54 years old and looking forward to an exciting journey. David
