To get the servings, you would need to measure out the whole thing and divide it by 8 ounces. Hope that helps! Coach Denise

 LIBBY678 SparkPoints: (0) Fitness Minutes: (4,207) Posts: 23 11/6/13 6:09 P Hi, I made my own butternut squash soup, with 3 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1/2 white onion cut up, 3 gloves of garlic, and 96 ounces of homemade chicken bone stock, and 1 leek. I am taking the whole squash that I baked in the oven for 1 hour, adding it into the soup mix and pureed it. I then have been taking 8oz at a time for my serving size. How many calories would I then figure this whole soup to be per serving please? I tried just adding in butternut squash cubes in my food tracker but it shows the calories at 115, and the carbs are also high. I have just been diagnosed with Diabetes so I am worrying on every peice of food now. I hope someone here can kindly help me. thanks Liz
