I also read labels and try to keep the sugars number fairly low. I asked the question because I didn't know what was a reasonable number for the labeled sugars. Everyone has been so helpful with my learning more.
 RUSSELL_40 Posts: 16,826 12/12/12 7:02 P If you cut out added sugar, and read some labels, you can cut sugar down easily. Pop, and sugary cereals are where you get major sources of sugar. Also cut out any processed foods in boxes, or containers. Premade food needs to have preservatives, and salt, or sugar keep them from spoiling while the sit on the shelf.
