What works for me is having a two-cup glass, and drinking one of those before work (usually not a problem as I do morning cardio). I have the same glass at work, and fill it three times while I'm there. If I don't have it drank before morning coffee, I drink it instead of coffee. Fill it up and drink it again before afternoon coffee break. Fill it one more time and drink it before I leave.
I often have more at home after that, but I know for sure I get in 8cups by five o'clock.

I love water..its about all i drink anymore. I have a huge insulated mug..i fill it with ice every night, then with water. It holds 74 ounces, and i have it gone by the next evening. I also have water here and there in a glass throughout the day, so i know i'm getting my 12 cups (dr recommendation for me)

Hey, i am also working on drinking more water. It is definitely a challenge. I haven't found out the secret to drinking more but i am trying. Good luck to both of us.

I've picked out a favorite glass that I refill often. I've never been a water drinker and am kind of trying to train myself or get in the habit to do it more.
