This sight does motivate me. I find that when I do not check out the Spark pages daily I do not get as much done both with my fitness and food. I love the daily news and exercise pointers! Recipes are a big plus!

I like to meditate on what I want to achieve and my progress so far. It also helps me to watch videos of others who have made their dreams come true and checking out my "collage" on pinterest

For me, it's goals goals goals!

For each 10-20lbs lost is a reward. Since I've lost 30lbs, that means that I get to go horseback riding (cause before, I wouldn't go because I felt too overweight)

At 40lbs (If I make it before the amusement parks close for the winter) A trip to an amusement park and a day of roller coaster heaven!

That really helps me. Also, setting a good example for my step-kids, showing them that hard work and dedication really pays off in the end.

Hey there! I am just getting back to trying to lose a bit of weight and get more fit but my motivation seems to be way down. What do you all do, to get your butt out of bed, or go after work to exercise? I know I need to, but just feel tired thinking about it! Thanks for any advice!
