on your nutrition tracker, right at the top, just above where you search for foods to enter you will see tracker options and within that menu change diet settings.
pick that last option and there you can add a whole host of vitamins and minerals to track. they will show up as a chart at the bottom of your nutrition tracker.

Hi. Still in my first week on here and I have lost 3.5 lb so I am happy. I have a question. How do I view the nutritional values for what I have eaten for the day? I know how to get the report for carbs, protein and fat but is there a way to see a report for vitamins and minerals? I can't figure out where it is.
