There's not much you can do about that since it is determined by your genetics. It does help though, to make sure you are eating the proper nutrition (meeting your calorie and nutrient goals) to make sure you fully develop your body, including your bones, which also helps with height. But your genetics still determine more of how tall you will be.

The title says it....I NEED to get taller. I'm 13 and 4 foot 8 inches....
