I set my goal weight by what my doctor reccomended between 135 to 140 pounds.

I joined SP with the express purpose of getting off of medications. That was basically my goal. Goal accomplished. I did choose a weight goal pretty much out of thin air, after researching the topic I basically found some link that would support my goal of any weight. Doesn't matter if my goal is 140 pounds or 200 pounds. How did you come to the goal weight that you set?
