It's been my experience that there is no limit at all on just how bad things can get!
Rock Bottom is surprisingly far yet I've been there and back.

Things will improve - they always do!

I'm on vacation, wanted to get out and walk for the exercise to increase my distance. Wouldn't you know it I caught a cold spent two days trying to get rid of it. Feeling better got dressed was finally going for that walk. I figured I could stop of and get a paper notarized during my walk. I went into the closet to pull out a box that contained another paper I might be asked for in order to notarize the paper and I pulled a muscle in my back and had to cancel the walk again. God willing I will be able to accomplish more tomorrow, at least I am sticking to my diet and I will achieve my goal.
