Tracking is a huge key to losing weight. Sparkpeople helps a lot with that even if it isn't always 100% accurate. How has your first week been? Make some small goals for yourself and take it one day at a time. Best of luck on your journey :D

So I've been apart of Spark people for about a week now. I've been trying for the last year to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight but it's been hard to do. So I'm hoping that by using this site I can reach my goal.
