There are so many great resources available here. I recommend starting with the nutrition tracker if you are trying to lose weight, because that is the key element for many people who have successfully went from fat to fit. I tracked everything since day one and enjoy having an entirely different body now!

I just discovered this site Monday & decided to join yesterday! I really needed something to help me keep track of what I eat, how much water I drink, how much excercise I get on a daily basis and this is perfect!!! Hopefully, I'll stick with it to the end of my journey!
