Hi, I been down the same road you are on. The only thing changed me was don't worry about tomorrow, it'll take care of itself. Also losing weight isn't easy, seems easier to put on than to take off. I've quit working out since I got married, due to stay busy with 2 dogs, cat, the house and everything else. My husband goes to bed by 8:30, for has to get up at 5. I have nerve damage to my neck and shoulder which also limits me to exercise for now. Doctors can't finds out what's wrong, said I have to live with it. My motto has always been, "Set you mind to it can do anything." and you can, also with God's help. Good Luck and You can do it!!

WELCOME TO SPARK!!! Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time.
A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.
1. Put together your own Spark page. This is a great way to communicate with other members and build relationships that will support and motivate you. You can do this by going to the START page and the green section has something about your Sparkpage.
2. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.
3. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.
The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Hey there! I'm not too sure what to say, so here it goes. I am 26 (almost 27) and I have had a long history of body image and weight issues.
I am currently 135.8 lbs and my goal is 120-123. I know I am not overweight by BMI standards, but I am very uncomfortable with my body in its current state.
Over the past 8 years I have struggled with anorexia, bulimia and EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified). I also struggle with depression, anxiety and fatigue.
I want to lose weight in a healthy way for once. I have my boyfriend who supports me, but I thought maybe some online support from others trying to lose some weight would be supportive.
