I would say join a few spark teams and be real active with them you'll be surprised how much support you'll find. There are religious teams, age teams, team from you state maybe even town depending on where your from.

Hi Everyone, I am a new member. Just joined last week. I have never posted before and it feels a little odd. I really needed a Spark to help me reach a healthy BMI. With one week completed, I have tracked my food and activity well. Lost one pould this week! I am on goal so far. Just need to find a community to help support me in my journey!
