Sparking is all about creating healthier lifestyles and is not a quick fix. In fact, it's more of a journey than a destination. So take it slow making gradual changes, ones that are reasonable and sustainable for the long run - permanent changes that will lead to permanent results. I am praying that this is my final weight loss program. I am 66 years old and 50 pounds overweight. I have tried every plan out there. I need motivation help. I am Gluten intolerant and just diagnosed with diabetes. I want to lose 50'pounds to improve my health and self imagine.
