I tend to eat a lot more when I'm tired so sleep is very important! Any way you could get a quick nap in with your child?

It's so tough when you're tired. My youngest was a frequent waker for a long time. Iw as not working out regularly then, I can't imagine it, really. But, I got used to running on little sleep! To stay motivated, focus on your eating. Eat mindfully and healthfully, see if you can find foods that help you to feel more energetic. Fit in a workout when you can. And, if at all possible, ask your partner (if you have one) to step in and help. If not with the night wakings, then to take your son for 30 minutes while you do some yoga or take a walk or catch a nap if your eally need it. It is so important for you to take time for yourself, both to keep yourself physically and mentally healthy. I love my daughters dearly, but sometimes, I just need a break. And that goes for my husband, too, lol! Sometimes I just need to be alone!

I feel ya! Try 10-20 min intervals of exercise. Leslie Sansone has a 1, 2 and 3 mile walk accesible on YouTube may be you can start with the 1 mile walk. Don't worry, teething won't last forever.
