Hi I have tried all the diets and have lost then once off the diet on comes the weight. Life has dealt a few hard blows and that brings me back to the junk food, I look for food as comfort. I need to lose this weight, I have accepted a challenge to bike in a 25km race, it's not far, but when your not used to it, it can be. It is a goal I can reach, but I would like to do it in better time. The race is Sept 06 and if I can drop 15 or 20 lbs by then it will really help.
Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you
