I have done some of Coach Nicole's chair videos. I like them - - very low impact but I can still feel them.

I used a recumbent bike (very top of the line) in physical therapy. It was perfect because I could use my good leg and arms, or just arms, or maybe even my bad leg on a good day. No matter what my ability was that day, I could do something.

My husband wants to buy one of these, but they are much too expensive! I'm happy to find so many ideas for other ways to exercise! :)

I use the Arm Ergometer that is listed on the Limited Mobility page Jen sent you to, and I love it. I don't have MS - I just have really weak Achiiles tendons that line to get tendonitis.

That said, I do wish there was a listing for it on the exercise tracker.

Have you checked out any Chair exercise DVD's?
I know there is the sit and be fit on PBS once in a while. and there are others on you might be able to check out your library for some too.

I have MS with limited mobility. I will be using a power wheelchair soon just to get out to the store or take the dogs for a walk. Does anyone have ideas what I could do for fitness?
