Hi, I am just restarted my diet again. I can offer you one piece of advice that I hope will help. I don't know why you didn't lose weight this week, but don't give up on yourself. Next week maybe you will have a big weight loss. Think positive and hold on for next week. I have loss and gain the same weight too many times, all because I gave up on myself to easily! You are worth more than that number on the scale and I know you will succeed!

If you are doing everything right-exercise, tracking and drinking your water, the scale with catch up. Take those measurements. Are your clothes fitting different? There's more to it than the number on the scale.

You will lose inches prior to losing pounds. Do your clothes feel looser? Do you feel better and have more energy? It won't happen overnight, but as long as you keep on track, it will happen.
