Good morning everyone. I have been using sparkpeople for several months now. Having lost just over 30 pounds I am more than half way to my goal. I believe part of my success has been using the food and activity trackers. I do know that community and supports is a big part of success, so I thought I would venture over to the message boards to introduce myself and poke around :)
I am a wife and mom, who works outside the home; and as I approach my tenth wedding anniversary and am almost to my 40th birthday, I am ready to live more healthily and be fit. Surprising to me, the last nine months have showed me how much I enjoy fitness!
