emoticon to Sparkpeople!

You have made such an important step to your life-changing journey just by checking the free online program out! So far, so good!

I wanted to let you know that sometimes, unfortunately, people sign up for Spark People and don't stay on the site very long.

This is SO devastating for me to see.

So I really want to encourage you to get involved in the community and make some friends!

Feel free to check out my SparkPage and add me as a friend. I also invite you join the ***MOTIVATORS*** Team that I am a co-leader of. This TEAM has been so great for me by helping me STICK to the program this time around.

I don't know what I would do without them.

Hope to see you soon!

Welcome to Spark People!! I know Georgia will dry out, so on to Spark People Nutrition Tracker. I'm so glad you like it. I found spark people in 2008 because I was looking online for a nutrition tracker, something I could use to figure out what I wasn't getting out of my food, and then help me figure out what to do about it.

At that time, there was nothing else available. Unbelievably, it was a free service, and still is, along with everything else it has grown into.

I am currently pulling together 3 nutritional ideas/plans: Dr. Furhman's Eat to Live, and increasing anti-angiogenic foods daily. I have created a team to share information about anti-angiogenic foods. The link for that team is in my signature. You are welcome to access the resources, links to videos and food lists, etc. without joining the team. But we'd love to have you.

Are you aware of Spark Coach? The free first week could be a major benefit to you just starting out.

G'evening to all! I'm new to the site, and dropping by to say hi.
A little about me: I was blessed as a kid with a high metabolism and my parents were pretty good about balanced diets. But as I got older and had to fend for myself, I find it hard to get all the nutrients and such for the day. Even in this very short amount of time, I've fallen in love with the meal tracker.
Hope everyone stays safe these next few days with the weather acting all bonkers!
