My journey is a loss of 180lbs, I started in March and have so far completed about 80lbs of loss and have about another 100 or so to go.

Hello, I'm pushing 50, I need to lose twice my goal weight and so far I haven't done so. I'm hoping to get the tools and motivation I need here at Spark People. As you can guess, I'm pretty sedentary. I don't really eat a lot. I cook for all guys in my family. I'm thinking it's not really how much I'm eating, but rather what I'm eating. So anyway that's the summary of why I'm here.
