My breakfast usually consists of protein (plain 2% Greek yogurt, eggs, nutbutter), fruit, and some veggies- plus added flavorings, but not always
So: 1 packet of maple almond butter, 3 oz baby carrots, 1 medium banana
2 over easy eggs over steamed spinach and kale, chipotle infused olive oil, melon cubes Fritata made with 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and 1 oz feta cheese. Cup of blackberries
Two whole wheat waffles (Vans), maple almond butter, banana slices
2 over easy eggs, two slices of dry Ezekiel toast, medium orange
2 hardboiled eggs, raw veggie sticks, 1 babybel original cheese or cheese stick, raspberries 7 oz 2% plain Greek yogurt, 1.5 cups thawed frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
7 oz 2% plain Greek yogurt, 1.5 cups thawed frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds (mix everything except the fruit together and layer in a jar the night before)
Smoothie made with 2% plain greek yogurt, spinach, kale, frozen berries, a frozen banana, and low-fat milk (ok, I prefer full-fat yogurt and milk for this, but it isn't the best calorie-wise)
Grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly on Ezekiel bread (natural peanut butter, all fruit spread for the PB&J). Ham and cheese, cream cheese and jelly, nut butter and fresh fruit, etc are also good options.

I like steel cut oats (1/2 C) + 1/4 C raisins + 1/3 C skim milk. Keeps me fueled up all morning.
