I have the George Foreman electric indoor/outdoor griil. I use it like outdoor grill, but inside.

I take a 4 oz chicken breast (or pork chop or salmon filet and slice a potato real thin then add yellow squash and zuchinni sliced thin - add seasoning as you wish (teriyaki/ soy sauce ) or Italian spices are my favorite- let cook for about 10 minutes or so

It is incredible for cooking frozen lean pork chops or 1/2 skinless chicken breasts. Healthy Dinner for 2 in about 10 minutes. :-)

I love it for making bacon! All of the fat drips off, and you end up with nice straight, non-greasy bacon, and hardly any mess at all to clean up. I use center-cut bacon which is only 50 calories for 2 slices, it does cost a little more though.
Really though, you can use it for just about anything you put on an outside grill. I'm using mine next week to make some spicy pork kebabs because it's too cold to cook them on the grill outside.

It is the best for grilling salmon! You can marinate it beforehand in lemon juice or honey or BBQ, or just grill it up plain and squeeze some lime or lemon over it. Delicious every time.
It isn't really a recipe but we like using ours for making grilled sandwiches.

I just got what I'm guessing is the newest/biggest George Foreman kitchen grill for Christmas. Never used anything like it before, but I do like the idea of grilling up some pineapple chicken (love chicken!). Do you have any kitchen grill favorites? I could use more grill ideas. :)
