Lots of people get down to their goal weight and then after being there decide to take some more off, so that is fine. I know a woman on YouTube, (I've followed her for 2 yrs) and she went from 302# to 142# and then now she is down at 126# since she had surgery & had some of her loose skin removed off her arms & breast area & back. Just give yourself time.

Thanks for your help guys. I will wait till I achieve my current goal weight and THEN have a think about losing more, or not. Best wishes.

I don't think I'd change it yet. Once you hit your current goal re evaluate.

If you are anything like me you have tried to lose weight lots of times.
I set my goal at 64 although that is still overweight for my frame, small bones 5' 1"
so I set the goal for something I did not really believe I could do but not totally idiotic.

I used to be 53kg but that was a long time ago. When I reach 64kg
(and I can see that I will reach it ) I will reset my goal to 58kg. But
I want to be able to KNOW that I can achieve my goals, so 64kg is the start.

Hope that helps the decision..

I am 64, 5'5". I have set my goal weight for 65 KG. But looking at various other people's goal weight, (who are the same height) it looks as if most of them are aiming for around 54 KG.
What do you think?
