I started about a week ago but I have to say the meals are very difficult to follow for me. I don't have the time for the breakfasts that are listed and I think that a lot of the foods are just inconvenient to make in a hurry. So I am still going to try this. I am 58 years old and am having a difficult time getting my metabolism to get in gear! I've started reading up the books by Brendan Brazier on plant based foods hoping this will kick start my weight loss. Hopefully this food challenge will at least be a guideline to use. But no weight loss yet!!

I think this is a new challenge as all of us just joined up. I've been on it for a couple of days and I think it will work, especially if you join the skinny jeans exercise challenge, too.

I have just signed up for the 30 Days of Fit Food Challenge and I would like input from anyone who has tried it or is currently doing it. Can you really lose weight on this plan? It seems like a lot of yummy foods, especially for breakfast. I think I could continue to eat a menu like this, so would really like to know if it is going to be worth buying all these foods. Please please, someone respond with your experience with 3o Days of Fit Food. Thank you!!!!!!!
