Thank you for your kind words. I have been a little down thinking I may have to cancel out of the race. Your post leaves me hope that I'll be able to complete the run. Will use visualization to get myself to the start line and sheer grit to hit the finish line. Checking in with doc to rule out stress fracture tomorrow.

At this point in your training, you should have gotten some decent long runs in. If your injury is not too serious, resting for a week or 2 should still have you good to go on race day.

I have been training for the Army Half on Sept 22nd . Left foot has gone wonky.
Concerned won't be able to run. Was good to read about other people's training
efforts it has lifted my spirits. Was getting a bit down about the possibility of not
Being able to complete. Thanks to all. See the doctor tomorrow. Will pray for GOOD
