Everyone has a different metabolism. I lost 2 pounds/week exercising less than you and averaging 1700 calories/day when my tracker recommended 1200-1550.
Do input your weekly calorie burn into your fitness tracker to get an accurate recommended calorie range.
Then just wait and see what the scale does. Try to get within your tracker range if the scale is not budging.

What is your current weight loss goal per week, and have you updated your fitness goals to reflect the amount of working out you're doing? 1200-1550 seems a little low for that much exercise.

Have you set up your tracker to account for the calories you are burning? On your start page under "Goals and Progress" you can click on "Change Goals" and enter the number of calories you expect to burn each week. Once it is properly set up, your calorie range may change.
If you still need to eat fewer calories, start adding veggies to your diet. I try to have a salad before every meal. It fills me up with very few calories so I don't eat as much of the main course. Just be sure to get a low cal dressing. A lot of salad dressings are ridiculously calorie filled. Also, make sure you are getting in your 8 glasses of water. It will help keep your belly full so you don't want to eat as much between meals.

My SP tracker advises that I eat within a calorie range of 1200-1550 per day, I always seem to overeat. 1700 -1800 is the highest I've overeaten by and I'm just wondering if that will affect my weight loss. I also burn between 400-450 calories per day. Please help me
