Exercising is definitely work. The best thing I found is if you like where you are doing it. Like outside, on a bike, in water. You just have to keep doing it until it becomes second nature to you. Sometimes it is easier if you have a work out buddy. JUST DO IT!

realize that very act that you do is a form of exercise. Do 5-10 minutes at a time before you know it you will have danced, did stairs or whatever exercise that you intended. Do exercises that make you happy. " Dance like no one is watching" to your favorites music-- while you clean your house. Cleaning house is a work out.
Just remember that every move counts !

Exercise is the very hardest thing for me to find motivation for--especially during the summer! Have any of you had this same resistance to exercising, and if you've overcome it--how did you do it?
