Honestly, dressing is usually low-cal enough that it doesn't make that much of a difference. I have switched to light ranch, since I can't tell the difference, but I've trained myself to use less dressing, and enjoy the taste of the salad itself more! Eating better lettuce helps.. I don't do iceberg in this house!

I love that stuff! I recently found it made by a different maker (in the food shelves of a Marshall's store), but it's not as good as the original. Last night, I had it with a quorn burrito

I recently found a dressing at Whole Foods, its Cindy's Kitchen Mango, Coconut and Pepper. It's one of those all purpose glaze, marinade dressing and so on. A one tablespoon serving is only 20 calories so you could double that and still be okay, no fat even. I even mix it with a little ranch for the creaminess with the extra flavor of the dressing. It is pretty spicy at least for me, but I'm kind of a wuss. I just wanted to mention it. So, it does seem more like one of those products that probably shows up Whole Foods or the gourmet type groceries, but it's worth trying.
