There's a person I discovered, Danielle (cannot remember her last name).
She writes recipes, cook books, and a blog.

It's called, "Against All Grain"

She discovered she has severe allergies to most grain products, as well, and you may find the information she has there helpful.

A grain free diet is one without any rice, corn, wheat, barley, rye or oats.

Possibly turkey bacon and eggs, with vegetables is a good choice that is likely to keep you satisfied.

Scrambled egg whites with handful of wilted spinach

Raw coconut slices, Crustless quiches, Cottage cheese with a handful of matchstick carrots and some romaine, apple slices, a fruit plate, or maybe a 1/2 of Avocado with crabmeat, or on top of lettuce

Be careful as most condiments have hidden grains....and some hamburger patties...stick to 100% beef products. Some sausage products also have hidden grains.

Just a few ideas...

BTW, the buckwheat might be a good choice as Buckwheat is in fact a seed. It is also called kasha available in the Hebrew section of your grocery store.... also check with your medical professional.

Meats, dairy, veggies, fruits, fats. There are millions of options that can come from that list.

I'd suggest eating vegetables, meat, eggs and fruit for breakfast and lunch.

I don't see wheat or whole wheat on your allergy list:
whole wheat toast and eggs
many cold cereals would work
whole wheat cream of wheat
whole wheat toast and peanut butter

Can you have other grains/seeds like: buckwheat, sorgum, rice flours, tapioca, coconut flour, almond flour? Pancakes are pretty simple made with a combo of any of these flours. And potatoes, taro, yam, and squash are quick and grain free. (I like them with salt and butter or coconut oil, cinnamon and stevia)
