Drink more water and see if that helps. Also vary your calorie intake a couple of times a week and switch up your exercise times. Sometimes we just lull our bodies into a plateu with a predictable routine. Happy Easter!
I need help getting rid of this weight. I really want to go back to my wedding weight. I'm about 5-7 lbs away from that point. I feel like I'm fighting just to keep my weight where it is at, let alone lose more weight! I don't understand why this is so difficult for me! I'm 5'5", about 132lbs, I eat about 1,500 calories per day, and work out 5-6 days per week burning about 300 cals or more per day (avg of 2,000 per week.). Can someone help?
